In this latest episode of the LimeCast, Sam and Jess are laying out their 2026 resolutions and what the team wants to focus on this year.

We’re putting our goals out in public, people! Holding ourselves accountable!

Here’s some of what you need to know to stand out and get that offer:
• Polish your social media: Supervisors are checking your Instagram to make sure you’re working on your craft and being active. We’re encouraging you to capitalize on your profiles and your followers, and we’re happy to help guide you!
• Bring the Wow Factor: we want folks who are multitalented. Vocalists who play one or two instruments, for example. Incorporating different skills is huge and can truly set you apart.
• Wait, actually… we’re only looking for Flamenco artists 💃 (Kidding, but c’mon, Sam, think of all those other niche acts!)

We’re also introducing a brand new segment: “Am I the Aft-Hole?” (or … Porthole, perhaps?)

We’re judging first-hand accounts to determine who the jerkface is. Would you ignore your friend on a cruise vacation? Or how about abandoning your parents at a port in the Caribbean so you don’t miss the ship?

Let it be known: as a guest, you can fly to the next port, but if you miss the boat as a crew member, you’re pretty much guaranteed to be fired! 🏃‍♂️💨
